You’ll ensure timely medication preparation, manage inventory effectively, and provide valuable counseling to patients. By focusing on public health and community involvement, you will strengthen the pharmacy's role in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct pharmacy personnel effectively
- Accurately prepare, dispense, and control medications
- Ensure inventory meets patients' needs consistently
- Cultivate positive relationships with patients through counseling
- Identify and promote sales opportunities actively
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license
- Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
- Familiarity with pharmacy operating systems is advantageous
