Director, Digital Servicing: Lead Self-Service Transformation

Sun Life seeks a Director of Digital Servicing to lead strategy and execution for digital client self-service and channel shift. You’ll partner with Digital Channels, Adoption & Engagement, and Operations to optimize interactions and drive ROI.
You’ll build roadmaps, define metrics, and guide a high-performing team across Canada, with a hybrid work model and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.
