People Business Partner at Chainlink

Join Chainlink as a People Business Partner, focusing on driving business success through innovative HR practices in a remote setting. You'll be instrumental in shaping employee relations, performance management, and team strategies. In this critical role, you will serve as a Chief People Officer for your teams, delivering end-to-end mastery of People disciplines. Collaborate closely with various departments to amplify People Team operations and refine essential programs, such as levelling and promotions. Your input will directly influence organizational strategies, aligning talent capabilities with business needs. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine People programs for organizational success
Drive workforce planning and change management initiatives
Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams
Gather feedback to support Executive Leadership decisions
Customize talent strategies based on market dynamics

Requirements:

8+ years of PBP experience in a similar model
2+ years in a fast-paced tech environment
Expertise in supporting engineering and product teams
Strong vision for AI and its implications
Data-driven with an appreciation for on-the-ground experiences
