Mechanical Tooling Engineer at AtkinsRéalis

Lead innovative tooling projects with AtkinsRéalis in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on mechanical engineering expertise and mentoring opportunities. As a Specialist Engineer in Mechanical Tooling, you will leverage 15+ years of nuclear experience while managing complex projects and mentoring staff. Your role involves defining technical objectives, engaging with clients, and overseeing tooling program development. You will also contribute to establishing engineering standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as authority in tooling technologies and designs
- Oversee development of tooling programs and technical plans
- Define program objectives and direction for tooling
- Represent AtkinsRéalis in technical forums and standards
- Interface with clients and engineering teams for project needs
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- P.Eng. registration in Ontario and 15+ years of nuclear experience
- Expertise in tooling design, testing, and deployment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
