Senior Conveyancer

Our client, a well-established and growing full-service law firm with multiple offices across Western Canada, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its Chilliwack office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident real estate professional looking to join a collaborative team with a strong reputation for client service and professional excellence. This is full time, in-office role.

The successful candidate will independently manage a busy residential conveyancing practice while working closely with lawyers, clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete residential conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, mortgages, and builder transactions.
• Conduct title searches and review title documentation to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions with clients, financial institutions, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Review legal documents and perform due diligence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare closing documents, statements of adjustments, and facilitate the completion of transactions.
• Maintain accurate file records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential real estate conveyancing.
• Ability to independently manage approximately 20–30 transactions per month .
• Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and land title processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Unity, GoVeyance, Resolve, or similar conveyancing software is considered an asset.
• Experience with commercial real estate and/or wills & estates is an asset but not required.
