Empower Victims in Family Court - Support Counselor

Family Transition Place is seeking a Family Court Support Counsellor for a full-time contract until March 2028. The role provides supports to victims/survivors of domestic violence involved in the family court process and includes extensive liaison with justice and legal services, safety planning, and advocacy.
Hours are 40 per week in person, with responsibilities spanning information, referrals, and collaboration with multiple partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive, trauma-informed
