Investment Funds Attorney - 2nd-7th year - New York

We are currently working on a particularly rare opportunity with a leading international law firm in New York, seeking an exceptional mid level Investment Funds attorney to join its highly regarded practice.
This is not a volume hiring mandate, but a highly selective search for a standout associate with strong technical ability, top tier training, and the sophistication to operate within one of the market’s most elite funds teams. The firm has an outstanding international platform and an enviable client base, advising on some of the most complex and high value investment funds matters in the market.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to premium sponsor side work, sophisticated cross border matters, and market leading deals, whilst working alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the space. The role would suit an ambitious attorney looking to accelerate their career within an exceptionally high performing and intellectually rigorous environment.
Candidate requirements:
- 2nd - 7th year attorney
- Admitted in Canada
- Experience with a top tier firm
- Excellent academics
- Strong interest in investment funds work
