Project Coordinator PMO Toronto
LCBO
Coordinate technology projects onsite in Toronto using project planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills. Support LCBO programs through structured delivery coordination.
As a Project Coordinator within the LCBO PMO, you will report to the Program Director, Future State Transformation. You will support large-scale programs by maintaining schedules, coordinating resources, and managing essential project artifacts. The contract lasts up to nine months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain project schedules and delivery plans
- Manage documentation, revisions, and project version control
- Prepare status reports, meeting materials, and action items
- Coordinate internal resources and contractors supporting delivery plans
- Track scope, schedule, costs, risks, and project changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems
- Three or more years supporting major technology initiatives
- Experience creating reports and metrics across projects
- Project management software and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or software environments
Bring disciplined project coordination, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication to LCBO transformation programs in onsite Toronto delivery.
