Category Leader for Marketing & Aftersales

BRP

Join BRP as a Category Leader focusing on Marketing and Aftersales. Drive procurement strategies, negotiate cost savings, and lead supplier selections to enhance organizational growth. In this critical role, reporting to the Global Procurement Manager, you will shape the strategic vision for marketing services and aftersales categories. Your expertise will be pivotal in executing procurement plans that align with the Brand and Customer Experience teams' goals while ensuring compliance. Engage in market analysis and lead negotiations to boost profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Define strategic guidelines for Marketing and Aftersales categories
Develop procurement plans aligned with business objectives
Negotiate effectively with suppliers to optimize costs
Analyze market trends and vendor performance
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

5+ years of procurement experience
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Bilingual in English and French
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
