Summary
We are seeking a Parts Manager to join our team at Sarnia Truck Centre. In this role, you will oversee the parts department, ensuring efficient supply chain management and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our commitment to quality and safety in all operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of parts.
- Oversee the supply chain processes to maintain efficient operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling orders promptly.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
- Utilize computer systems for tracking inventory and managing parts documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in parts management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and dealership operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers for optimal pricing.
