Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct counseling sessions both face-to-face and virtually
• Create a self-designed schedule matching client availability
• Utilize solution-oriented methods for client goals
• Address crisis situations with skill and professionalism
• Offer referrals to local community resources
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field
• Five years clinical experience since graduation
• Registered member of a Quebec professional order
• Demonstrated experience with varied demographics
• Strong crisis management expertise
