We are looking for a reliable CNC Press Brake & Shear Operator to join our shop team. You will set up and operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and bend sheet metal according to blueprints and custom job orders.

What You'll Do
Set up, program, and operate CNC press brakes and shearing machines.

Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.

Select proper tooling and inspect raw materials.

Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to check finished parts for accuracy.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

What We’re Looking For
Experience operating CNC press brakes and/or shear equipment.

Strong ability to read blueprints and measure accurately.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
Launch, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure every part meets strict standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical hitches to keep the line moving smoothly.

- Document production wins, including output counts and machine run-times.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following all site-specific protocols.

Qualifications
Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- A mechanical mindset and comfort using basic tools or interfaces.
- The physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Rock-solid reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
- A collaborative attitude—you know that great production is a team sport.
