We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Associate to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations—handling light mechanical assembly, filling and sealing containers, and preparing essential products for shipment. Pay & Shift Structure
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (Full-time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate (ready to start right away)

First Day Note: Your orientation on day one will start at 7:00 AM.

Key Requirements
Commute: Convenient location that is easily accessible by public transit.

Environment: Comfortable working safely in a busy, hands-on industrial facility.

Your Daily Tasks
Filling & Sealing: Safely fill, seal, and process product containers according to specific facility guidelines.

Assembly Work: Use standard hand tools and power tools to efficiently assemble components and units.

Packaging & Labeling: Work in the packaging department constructing, preparing, and labeling boxes.

Shipping Preparation: Stack finished products, wrap pallets, and build secure skids to get orders ready for delivery.

Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean, organized production line.

Physical Stamina: You enjoy fast-paced, active work and have good hand-eye coordination.

Tool Proficiency: You are comfortable utilizing basic hand and power tools for light assembly tasks.

Responsibilities
Packaging: Work in the packaging area, build boxes, and label them.

Filling & Sealing: Fill oil and gas tins and seal them properly.

Product Prep: Follow recipes to pack grease into tin cans and cartridges.

Shipping Prep: Stack products and build skids (pallets) for delivery.
