We are looking for a full-Time receptionist to join our team this fall. The successful applicant could start as soon as August 17 or when available.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and compassionate, with excellent customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is comfortable multi-tasking in a busy clinic, and has strong computer and administrative skills.
Duties include but not limited to greeting clients, answering phones, booking clients, collecting payments, insurance billing and remittance, various computer tasks, and typing letters.
Previous experience in a medical or allied health office is an asset but not required.
