FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche d’un Product Owner motivé à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient de définir la vision du produit, recueillir et clarifier les besoins, prioriser le backlog, rédiger les user stories, collaborer avec l’équipe de développement, valider les livrables et communiquer avec les parties prenantes.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Définir la vision du produit et l’objectif à atteindre.
- Recueillir les besoins des clients, utilisateurs et parties prenantes.
- Rédiger les user stories et préciser les critères d’acceptation.
- Prioriser et maintenir le Product Backlog selon la valeur métier.
- Clarifier les exigences auprès de l’équipe de développement pendant les sprints.
- Valider ou accepter les livrables terminés.
- Communiquer l’avancement, les priorités et les décisions produit aux parties prenantes.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion ou toutes disciplines connexes.
- Minimum dix (10) années d’expérience en technologie de l’information
- Huit (08) à quinze (15) années d’expérience comme Product Owner.
- Expérience avec l’un des cadre suivants : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
- Expérience avec l’un des outils suivants : Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
- Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes: CSP-PO, PSPO III, A-CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
- Expérience dans les organismes publics ou privés du Canada.
- Langue : Français et Anglais
