The ideal candidate will have previous cash/retail experience, will be an excellent communicator with strong oral communication skills and a customer service orientation. Come join our team and enjoy perks such as employee events, food and beverage discounts, and much much more!You Will: Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff Assist guests at every opportunity Perform cashier duties Stock products Perform light cleaning of store shelves Make coffee and maintain beverage service counter Maintain proper portioning for consistent presentation with minimal waste Answer the phone and respond to guest inquiries Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable You Have: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with basic MS Excel skills Cash/retail experience preferred Food Safe an asset Serving It Right required Personal transportation recommended to work variety of shift schedules Availability to work weekends required Compensation and Benefits: Competitive wage: $19.00/hour Mountain access perks: Staff receive an RCR pass with full mountain access, plus reciprocal resort tickets and discounted friends & family tickets Staff discounts: Enjoy savings on food & beverage, rentals, retail items and hotel accommodation.
