Quality Control Clerk

We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Quality Assurance Clerk on a 6 month contract basis.

This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with documentation, databases and quality records. The Quality Assurance Clerk will play an important role in maintaining accurate, complete and accessible quality documentation within a regulated environment.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining quality and employee training documentation
• Filing and organizing quality records
• Reviewing documentation to ensure all required information is present and there are no omissions
• Collating batch records in a consistent and accurate manner
• Logging critical batch information
• Completing data entry within Quality Management System databases
• Maintaining databases related to batch records, deviations, non-conforming material reports, out-of-specification results and no-test records
• Supporting the maintenance and distribution of controlled procedures
• Completing additional administrative and quality-related tasks as required

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel and Access
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently while meeting documentation and quality requirements

Preferred Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field
• General office or administrative training
• Previous administrative, documentation or quality assurance experience
• Experience working with quality records, controlled documents or Quality Management Systems

Salary Range: $23-26 per hour
