Transportation Technologist
to join our team in our
Edmonton
office. The successful candidate will work with engineers and other technologists to provide construction inspection and design services for a variety of public and private sector clients with a focus on highways, roads, and transportation-related infrastructure.

A centrally located office in the heart of downtown Edmonton that is easily accessible
What You’ll Do
Conduct Site investigations, preparing project designs, and preparation of tender documents for road rehabilitation projects for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors.
Gain experience with Construction supervision and contract administration.
QA/QC of Reports, Quantity Estimates, and Construction drawings.
Design collaboration and ensuring implementation and compliance of company and client CAD standards and procedures within the scope of assigned projects.
Assist other Technologists, Designers, and Engineers.
Does this sound like you?
A Civil Engineering Technology diploma from an accredited technical college.
6+ years of progressive experience in design and construction of roadways projects.
Experience with highway rehabilitation design and construction for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors.
Proficiency in roadway design using AutoCAD and Civil 3D an asset.
Experience with quantity calculations and cost estimating required. Tender document preparation experience is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to think quickly.
