Brand Manager at Canopy Growth

MTL Cannabis Corp

Lead impactful brand strategies with Canopy Growth, a leader in the cannabis industry. As a Brand Manager, you'll shape consumer engagement while driving profitability and brand performance. In this role, you will oversee brand strategies and execution tailored to growth objectives. You'll leverage strong analytical insights and creative solutions to build consumer-focused strategies. Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations to optimize brand presence and ensure compelling market experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned to company goals
Lead brand positioning and consumer targeting strategies
Manage new product innovation and development pipelines
Monitor brand performance against marketing objectives
Analyze consumer insights and market trends for strategy refinement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
5+ years in brand management, ideally in CPG or cannabis
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
