Are you passionate about curls, texture, and transforming confidence through hair? Ladori Hair Studio is offering a one-of-a-kind Apprentice Opportunity for aspiring Curl Specialists. This part-time role is designed to help you build real-world skills and hands-on experience working one-on-one with our Lead Stylist and Curl Educator, Raimi .

Bonus: For the right candidate, there's an opportunity to pair this apprenticeship with a stylist position by receiving training in our core Ladori services , including luxury blowouts, treatments, scalp services, and client care. Curl Specialist Apprentice Track

This is a part-time (2-3 days/week), 6-month apprenticeship designed to provide:

• One-on-one mentorship with Raimi (Lead Curl Specialist)
• Training in curl theory, dry cutting, product layering, scalp care, and styling
• Shadowing and gradual hands-on work with models and clients
• Weekly feedback and milestone-based progress
• Education in guest experience, curl consultations, and Ladori's brand values
• Opportunity to grow into a commission-based Curl Specialist role upon successful completion
• Ideal if you want a slower, more focused start with deep curl education
• Perfect for recent grads or licensed stylists eager to specialize in curl care

Hybrid Apprentice + Stylist Track

• Curl mentorship plus training in Ladori's core services like blowouts, treatments, and scalp services
• Flexible integration of training and service days with growth-based evaluations
• Transition into a commission-based Multi-Service Stylist with curl expertise
• Ideal if you're eager to work, earn, and grow across service areas from the beginning
• Great for stylists who want to train in curls and start building income and experience right away

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Is a recent cosmetology graduate or licensed stylist ready to specialize
• Has a deep interest in curly/textured hair (personal or professional experience is a plus)
• Is open to feedback, growth, and collaborative learning
• Thrives in a values-driven, inclusive environment
• Is available 2-3 days per week (flexible based on client and training needs)
