Your daily duties will include:Customer Engagement: Handle a steady volume of incoming calls with a warm, empathetic, and professional tone, ensuring every caller feels heard and valued. Information and Message Routing: Accurately gather essential details from callers; verify key information, and route messages or urgent dispatch request to the appropriate client contacts. Data Management: Input caller's records, details, and notes into our internal call-processing system promptly and precisely. Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed key operational benchmarks, including schedule adherence, average call wrap-up time, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for candidates who combine strong communication capabilities with high attention to detail and reliable performance. Ideal qualifications include:Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, including strong spelling, correct grammar, and an articulate, pleasant phone presence. Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating Windows-based desktop environments, multi-tasking across software applications, and typing at a minimum speed of 35WPM. Reliability and Work Ethic: A dependable track record of punctuality, strong organizational habits, and a genuine commitment to delivering quality work.Flexible Availability: Ability to commit to a 40-hour workweek consisting of four 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and assigned holidays.Home Office and Technical RequirementsTo ensure seamless service delivery and system compatibility, candidates must have a workspace that meets the following set up standards:Equipment Provision: Candidates must utilize personal equipment meeting all technical requirements during the initial introductory period. Upon successful completion of this period, company-issued hardware will be provided. Operating System: Must run Windows 11 or higher (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible with our systems.) and have at least 1GB of space.High-Speed Internet Connection: A direct, wired Ethernet connection is required. Wi-Fi, cellular hotspots, DSL, satellite, or dial-up connections are strictly prohibited for primary use. Internet Bandwidth: Minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Audio Gear: A wired USB headset equipped with a microphone.Display Setup: A screen with a minimum resolution of 1600X900.
