Real Estate Development Coordinator - Ottawa

Become a key player in real estate development as a Coordinator in Ottawa, ON. This hybrid position allows for remote work on Fridays, supporting various disciplines in impactful development projects. Facilitate development applications through approval processes
Evaluate technical planning and legal documentation
Work alongside stakeholders to expedite project timelines

Requirements:

1-2 years of land development experience
Diploma or degree in Urban Planning or related field
Understanding of land use planning and permitting processes
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
G Class driver’s license required
