Assistant Meat Manager at Farm Boy

Join Farm Boy as an Assistant Meat Manager, where your leadership will enhance customer service and operational excellence. Collaborate with the Department Manager to create an inviting and high-performing environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Department Manager to deliver superior service and support team development. Your responsibilities include training, coaching, and recognizing team members, along with ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You will be pivotal in executing departmental strategies while maintaining operational excellence and a safe shopping environment. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging customer service and support team efforts
Collaborate on departmental strategies to meet objectives
Conduct team huddles for motivation and feedback
Ensure excellent merchandising and department cleanliness
Manage inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

Passion for exceptional customer service
Postsecondary education with 1+ year supervisory experience
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Flexibility for varied shifts including weekends
Comfortable in hands-on and cooler settings
