- Hourly Rate starts at $27.14/hr
- Premiums of $0.75 (Aft) or $0.85 (Ngt).
- Guaranteed full-time position with 40 hours a week.
- Overtime is available based on business needs at a time and a half rate or double-time rate as applicable.
- Paid training for all job tasks and requirements
- 2 weeks of vacations after one year of service, increasing to 3 weeks after three years.
- Health coverage includes: Life insurance, Prescription Drugs, Dental, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage.
What you’ll be responsible for each day:
- Operate warehouse machinery (Ride-along Walkie, Reach Truck and Counterbalance)
- Warehouse functions include: Picking, Receiving, Loading, Replenishment, etc.
- Handle goods that can weigh between 40 to 50 pounds
- Working in a temperature-controlled environment with company provided personal protective equipment and refrigerated gear
- Monitor and report inventory losses
Job Requirements:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Available for all shifts (morning, afternoon, night and weekends)
- Basic ability to communicate in English
- Ability to operate a walkie or reach truck is an asset
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset
- Experience in the food industry (asset)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
