Marketing Enablement Manager

Position: Marketing Enablement Manager
Location: 4x/week onsite – Downtown Toronto
Structure : 6-Month Contract
Pay: Up to $120.00/hr INC

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Banking / Financial Services clients in a contract capacity!

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of strategic digital marketing experience
- Minimum 2-3+ years of hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) experience – this is a must-have
- Strong experience building and deploying digital marketing campaigns in enterprise environments
- Experience working with campaign targeting / segmentation / customer data validation
- Understanding of marketing compliance / suppression / targeting logic (CASL knowledge is an asset)
- Experience working within Agile / squad-based delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify process improvements / optimization opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Previous experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telco, or Large Enterprise Retail strongly preferred
