- Execute structures and foundation designs through project stages
- Create documents including design reports and specifications
- Lead and mentor the structural engineering team
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
- Perform quality assurance checks on engineering work
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Extensive knowledge of structural codes like ACI and NBCC
- Professional engineer status in Canada
- Proficiency in design tools such as SAP2000
