You will be pivotal in recruiting and developing engineers while mentoring junior staff in structural engineering principles. • Recruit and onboard engineers aligned with project needs
• Mentor junior engineers in underground structural design
• Serve as a technical counterpart for client engagements
• Develop and manage business opportunities from proposals
• Oversee design and analysis of complex underground structures

Requirements:

• Eng license in Ontario is mandatory
• Minimum of 10 years in heavy civil engineering roles
• Experience in underground construction preferred
• Proficiency in FEM modeling required
• Canadian citizenship is necessary
