Directeur Associé Investissements de Fonds

BDC

Les investissements de fonds et la technologie de défense sont au cœur de ce poste hybride chez BDC Capital, avec un mandat national stratégique.

Comme directeur associé, vous rechercherez, évaluerez et gérerez des investissements en fonds de capital-risque et de capital-investissement. Vous dirigerez la diligence raisonnable, préparerez des recommandations et suivrez les portefeuilles. Vous développerez aussi une expertise en technologies à double usage, marchés de défense et écosystème canadien.

Responsabilités clés:

Évaluer des occasions d’investissement en capital-risque et capital-investissement
Diriger la diligence raisonnable des gestionnaires de fonds
Préparer et défendre les mémorandums d’investissement
Gérer les relations et la performance du portefeuille
Guider les chargés d’affaires et analystes

Exigences:

5 à 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en investissement
Au moins 2 ans en investissements de fonds
Compréhension des structures et économies de fonds
Expérience des recommandations à un comité d’investissement
Baccalauréat pertinent ou combinaison équivalente

Apportez votre jugement d’investissement, votre analyse et votre sens des relations à BDC Capital et à son mandat de défense.
