Front Desk Receptionist - Contract

I’m currently looking for a Receptionist for a short-term assignment with a well-established organization in Vancouver.
Location: Broadway Tech Centre, Vancouver
Pay: $23-25/hour
Contract: September 15–29, 2026
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Duration: 2 weeks (possibility of extension)
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls
- Responding to general email inquiries
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Supporting general office administration
- Managing office supplies and maintaining an organized reception area
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous reception or administrative experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and organized
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Must be available for the full assignment from September 15th - 29th
