Drive change in healthcare at Grand River Hospital as a Clinical Transformation Specialist. Support the PowerChart Oncology module's implementation while bridging stakeholder engagement and clinical practices. This one-year contract role requires a dedicated professional with 3-5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in an outpatient Oncology setting. You will lead the analysis of clinical requirements, advocate for user needs, and promote effective communication strategies within teams. As a vital connection between various departments, your initiatives will enhance project outcomes and user adoption. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with project teams and clinical departments
- Analyze workflows for PowerChart Oncology configuration
- Conduct user acceptance testing with stakeholders
- Manage communication plans for stakeholder engagement
- Identify operational efficiencies and improvement needs
- Diploma/Degree in a healthcare-related field
- 3-5 years of healthcare-related experience
- Understanding of change management principles
- Strong project management and facilitation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
