Prepare, assemble, and bake pizzas, wings, and other hot food items for the store's takeout counter.
Prepare pizza dough, slice toppings, and make sauces according to standard recipes and portion sizes. Operate and monitor commercial pizza ovens and hot-hold display cases to ensure food is cooked and stored properly. Maintain accurate inventory of food ingredients, pizza boxes, and cooking supplies, and alert management when stock is low. Strictly adhere to provincial health and safety standards by sanitizing the food preparation counters, ovens, and utensils regularly. Package pizzas for customer takeout and ensure orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner. Assist convenience store cashiers during busy periods by taking customer pizza orders and answering questions regarding the menu.Vacancy posted 2 days ago
