About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team on a contract basis and support a growing portfolio of clients.
This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Montreal area, with flexibility to work remotely while participating in periodic in-person meetings and strategy sessions.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The majority of our work focuses on lead generation, particularly within B2B environments where understanding customer profiles, sales cycles, attribution, and lead quality is critical.
This is not a "set-it-and-forget-it" execution role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate confidently, analyze data effectively, and contribute meaningful recommendations that support business growth.
Reporting To: Senior Leadership Team
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with client objectives and ideal customer profiles.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor budgets and allocate spend based on performance and business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Participate in client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, conversion optimization initiatives, offers, and campaign creative.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of client accounts alongside senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of paid media experience.
- Proven success managing lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
- Experience presenting recommendations and performance updates to clients or stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative team environment.
Nice to have
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with B2B lead generation and longer sales-cycle businesses.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and attribution models.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, and Klaviyo.
- Experience with AgencyAnalytics or similar reporting platforms.
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
- Comfort working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and automation platforms.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste Médias Payants expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe sur une base contractuelle et soutenir un portefeuille de clients en croissance.
Il s’agit d’un poste hybride basé dans la grande région de Montréal, offrant une flexibilité de télétravail tout en participant à certaines rencontres stratégiques et réunions d’équipe en personne.
À ce titre, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la gestion et de l’optimisation de campagnes publicitaires sur Google Ads, Meta Ads et LinkedIn Ads. Une grande partie de notre travail est axée sur la génération de prospects, particulièrement dans des environnements B2B où la compréhension des profils clients, des cycles de vente, de l’attribution et de la qualité des leads est essentielle.
Nous recherchons une personne capable de réfléchir stratégiquement, d’interpréter les données avec rigueur et de contribuer activement à la croissance de nos clients.

Responsabilités principales
- Planifier, lancer, gérer et optimiser des campagnes publicitaires sur Google Ads, Meta Ads et LinkedIn.
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies de génération de prospects alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires des clients.
- Analyser les performances et formuler des recommandations concrètes et stratégiques.
- Gérer les budgets publicitaires et optimiser l’allocation des investissements.
- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration de la qualité des leads, des taux de conversion et du retour sur investissement.
- Participer aux rencontres clients, aux revues de performance et aux discussions stratégiques.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes sur les pages d’atterrissage, l’optimisation de conversion, les offres et les créatifs publicitaires.
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux de l’attribution et de la performance à l’aide de GA4, Google Tag Manager et des plateformes publicitaires.
- Utiliser des outils d’intelligence artificielle et d’automatisation pour améliorer l’efficacité et les résultats.
- Contribuer à l’orientation stratégique des comptes en collaboration avec la direction.
Qualifications requises
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de médias payants.
- Expérience démontrée en génération de prospects.
- Expérience dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs comptes clients.
- Maîtrise de Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager et Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à transformer les données en recommandations d’affaires.
- Expérience en présentation de résultats et recommandations auprès de clients ou de parties prenantes.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication à l’écrit et à l’oral.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec une équipe.
