Senior Finance Leader in Life Sciences

As a finance leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, from accounting to compliance and strategic planning. This position calls for substantial experience in scaling finance operations within a high-growth environment, particularly in the life sciences sector. Your collaborative approach will be vital for fostering team performance and ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance operations, including budgeting and reporting
- Partner in business modeling and strategic initiatives
- Streamline financial processes and enhance risk management
- Collaborate with various teams on product projects
- Manage financial relationships with external partners
- Bachelor’s in Finance, MBA or CPA preferred
- 15-20 years in finance, including 3+ years as a VP
- Expertise in diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceuticals
- Strong financial modeling and fundraising experience
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and ERP systems
