Project Manager - Technology Solutions (Web / Mobile / SaaS) | Contract

We are hiring a hands-on Project Manager to join a fast-growing Toronto-based digital consulting and technology team delivering web, mobile, SaaS, and custom digital solutions for a diverse client base across North America.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys working closely with technical teams, and takes ownership of end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced Agile setting.
What you’ll do:- Lead end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and digital projects from initiation through launch
- Work closely with developers, designers, and client stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily execution tracking
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams
- Identify risks early and ensure projects stay on track and within scope
- Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and communication across stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management (agency, consulting, SaaS, or product environments)
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and web/mobile development workflows
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (developers, UX/UI, QA)
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking systems
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Liberty Village, Toronto + Fridays remote
- Daily 8:45 AM stand-up / coordination call with offshore development teams
- Core working hours: approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative delivery environment
- Contract: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
- Location: Liberty Village, Toronto
- Compensation: Up to $110K depending on experience
