- Identify and mitigate operational hazards effectively
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments regularly
- Mentor operations teams in safety compliance
- Manage HSE system documentation and reporting
- Support Return-to-Work programs and emergency responses
- Degree in health, safety, or engineering
- 5 years of industry-related experience preferred
- Relevant safety certifications such as CRSP or ISO auditing
- Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for data assessment
