• Serve as the initial client contact via phone, email, or in-person
• Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
• Track and resolve client inquiries and service issues
• Assist teams with routine admin requests and scheduling
• Participate in training and process improvements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior customer service or admin experience is a plus
• Must travel to the Toronto office weekly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
