Role Description

Zealots Consulting Inc. is seeking a motivated Insurance Broker, Level 2, for a full-time, on-site position based in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The role involves managing a client portfolio, preparing and presenting insurance solutions, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and collaborating with underwriters to secure terms. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage renewals, negotiate pricing and coverage, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or policies, while maintaining long-term client relationships in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance; thorough knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Proven experience in Customer Service, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Skills in Underwriting and analyzing insurance risks to provide tailored advice.
• Experience in Account Management, including managing renewals and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Level 2 Insurance Broker License is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a commercial insurance setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology and software tools for client management is an asset.
