Senior Aerospace Engineer for SAR Development

Join our organization as a Senior Engineer focusing on Synthetic Aperture Radar technologies. Your aerospace expertise will be essential in the design and management of innovative SAR payload systems. In this role, you will leverage over ten years of experience to oversee system architecture and lifecycle activities. Working closely with stakeholders, you will capture operational requirements and ensure adherence to technical specifications while driving testing and verification involved in the development process. Key Responsibilities:
- Capture performance and functional requirements from mission stakeholders
- Lead design and produce Interface Control Documents
- Execute performance simulations and reliability models
- Design a Payload Verification Master Plan for effective testing
- Mentor junior team members in technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years’ experience in SAR system development
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with integration and testing
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence
