National Channel Development Manager – Canada

ECAM Market is seeking a strategic and results-oriented National Channel Development Manager to lead the growth of our channel partner ecosystem across Canada. This role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and developing reseller, integration, security, monitoring, and risk-management partners that will deliver ECAM's live video monitoring, Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs), and white-labeled monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners across Canada.

• Build strategic relationships with security integrators, monitoring providers, risk management firms, and other reseller organizations.

• Evaluate partner opportunities based on market fit, customer base, geographic reach, and revenue potential.

• Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that generate new business and recurring revenue.

• Deliver partner training, sales enablement, and operational onboarding programs.

• Support partners throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, proposals, and opportunity development.

• Conduct regular business reviews to assess pipeline health, sales performance, and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal sales, operations, support, and leadership teams to ensure successful partner engagement and customer implementation.

• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through Salesforce CRM.

• Represent ECAM Market at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and networking opportunities across Canada.

• Proactively manage channel alignment, account ownership, and conflict resolution to maintain strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally.

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development, business development, or strategic account management.

• Proven success building reseller, referral, distributor, or integration partner networks.

• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

• Knowledge of recurring revenue business models and partner-led go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in security, monitoring, surveillance, construction, logistics, infrastructure, or related B2B industries is an asset.
