Sales Representative (Thompson)

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team from our Thompson, MB location . In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting sales/customer requirements, providing information and presenting/selling promotional items.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying sales opportunities and meeting customers’ requirements.
• Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Collecting customer information, obtaining orders, generating interest, and making product recommendations
• Closing sales and achieving period/monthly targets
• In person selling and setting up dynamic displays

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven sales experience; minimum 1 year experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong in person and phone contact handling skills including active listening
• Working knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Office
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate considered an asset.
• Ability to stay in the up to 3 overnights a week
• Clean drivers abstract.
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Compensation

Base Salary + Commissions : 60,000 - 80,000 annually
