Lead complex Salesforce programs for Canadian public sector customers, combining executive engagement, program governance, and delivery leadership across enterprise transformations.Salesforce Professional Services seeks an Engagement Delivery Leader to guide strategic customer engagements and implementation outcomes. You will lead technical and non-technical consultants while managing relationships, methodology, scope, contracts, knowledge transfer, and financials. Applicants must be Canadian Citizens.Key Responsibilities:
Lead program teams through communication, direction, motivation, and clarityServe as primary customer interface and uphold governanceBuild project plans and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issuesLead multiple projects requiring complex cross-functional program managementFacilitate requirements gathering and user acceptance sign-offRequirements:
10+ years managing projects and programs for external consulting clients7+ years managing Salesforce engagements strongly preferred5+ years supporting Public Sector Professional Services preferredExperience leading teams of 75+ people and $15M budgetsCanadian citizenship and regional, occasional international travel availabilityApply enterprise program leadership, Salesforce expertise, and public sector experience to deliver customer outcomes on schedule and within budget.
