Your Impact
Execute safe and efficient Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift operations to move high-volume freight.

Manage inbound and outbound LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full-Truckload) cargo procedures.

Perform manual cargo loading and unloading (hand-bombing) to optimize trailer space and ensure secure transit.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first cross-dock environment.

Who You Are
Certified: Hold a valid, current forklift license specifically for the Sit-Down Counterbalance.

Mobile: Possess a reliable personal vehicle to access the facility (note: the location is not accessible by public transit).

Experienced: Skilled in freight handling, cross-dock workflows, and LTL/FTL logistics.

Available: Ready to own the Sunday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM afternoon shift.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move LTL freight across the dock.
Load and unload various types of trailers, ensuring weight distribution is balanced.
Work independently to prioritize shipments based on departure times.
Scan and track freight using handheld devices to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
Identify and report any damaged goods before they are loaded for transport.
Maintain a clean and organized dock floor to ensure a safe transition for the morning crew

Qualifications
Valid Forklift Ticket/Certification (Required).

1–2 years of experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift.
Previous experience with LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight is a major asset.
Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots and high-visibility gear.
