Technical Sales Engineer - Pulp & Paper Industry

Become a Technical Sales Engineer with ANDRITZ in Kentville, Nova Scotia, focusing on Fabrics & Rolls solutions for the pulp & paper sector. Enhance customer engagement and performance optimization daily. ANDRITZ seeks a dedicated individual to support our technical sales initiatives with extensive hands-on paper machine expertise. By partnering with paper mills in Ontario, you will identify areas for improvement and deliver value-based solutions that foster long-term relationships. You will utilize advanced optimization studies and troubleshooting to positively impact customer operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with paper mill clients
- Conduct paper machine audits and performance studies
- Assist during shutdown inspections and implement solutions
- Perform machine optimization studies and diagnostics
- Prepare comprehensive reports on performance and recommendations
- Engineering or Business degree or comparable experience
- Hands-on paper mill experience in relevant roles
- Expertise in machine clothing and optimization techniques
- Strong communication skills with customers at all levels
- Ability to travel within Ontario and Eastern Canada
