Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and assist with machinery producing high-quality vinyl building components and siding.
- Perform physical general labour tasks, including sorting, grading, and inspecting finished goods against quality standards.
- Securely box, bundle, and crate completed vinyl products for final shipment.
- Keep workspace clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift.
- Environment Readiness: Able to work efficiently in a high-speed, warm industrial manufacturing environment.
- Availability: Fully committed to the Sunday–Thursday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift, with flexibility to adjust to a continental schedule down the road if operational needs change.
- Core Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, solid attendance track record, clear English communication (spoken and written for reading safety specs and production logs), and a clean background check.
