Part-Time / Casual Early Childhood Educator

Prairie Playhouse Early Learning Centre is a government-licensed childcare centre proudly serving the Sedley, Sk community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and reliable part-time, casual, high-school students to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports childrens natural curiosity, creativity, and development
Respond thoughtfully to the individual needs and interests of each child in your care
Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families to foster a strong sense of trust and belonging
Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, the Centre Director, and the community
Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and cohesive workplace
Support and uphold the centres philosophy, values, and commitment to quality early learning
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, contributing to overall centre upkeep beyond daily routines

Qualifications
Experience working with children in a childcare or related setting
Valid First Aid/CPR-C Certification
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
(Note: Applicants under 18 are not required to provide a CRC)
Must reside within 60 km of Sedley, SK
