We are recruiting for Sport Shop Attendants to join our team for the fall/winter season at the East Hants Sportsplex.
Our Sport Shop Attendants provide customer service in-person and on the phone in the Sport Shop, skate sharpening services, manage point-of-sale activities for sales, and handle other general Sport Shop duties. Note: Training will be provided.
What you can offer:
- Past experience in customer service or a willingness to learn.
- Experience with point-of sale software would be an asset.
- Current WHMIS, CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to successfully complete training provided.
- Clean Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry check.
- You are available to work flexible hours around the operational requirements of a sports facility, including some afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Solid understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in a customer focused environment.
