SEASONAL FRONT END STORE CLERK

Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Permanent Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers & campers, providing exceptional service while managing transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will posses excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast paced busy environment and is available to work weekends and evenings throughout the summer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Take reservations & check-in campers when they arrive.
• Sign in visitors
• Scoop & Serve Ice Cream
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized storefront
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash management and transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage inventory effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalContract length: 6 months

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
