The Athabasca Denesuline Education Authority (ADEA) provides educational services to 4 Denesuline communities in Northern Saskatchewan; Hatchet Lake First Nation, Black Lake First Nation, and Fond Du Lac First Nation. Position Overview:
ADEA is seeking a Payroll Clerk (permanent full-time) to be based at Central Office. Reporting to the Manager of Accounting Services, the position will:  
Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all ADEA employees.
Verify timesheets, leave reports, and payroll adjustments.
Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefit records.
Process employee earnings, deductions, and benefit contributions.
Prepare payroll-related reports and reconciliations.
Generate and submit T4 slips, and year-end payroll reporting.
Ensure compliance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations and employment standards.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a professional and confidential manner.
Assist with payroll audits and financial reporting requirements.
Support other accounting and administrative functions as required.
