HC Manager Based in Burnaby

Your extensive experience in health and safety, particularly in the construction or oil and gas sectors, will enable you to craft strategies and drive compliance effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate on incident reporting and case management
- Facilitate effective safety training programs
- Stay updated on legislative changes and compliance strategies
- Build relationships with external safety professionals
- 10+ years of health and safety experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
- NCSO and ACSA Auditor certification or potential to obtain
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong ethical leadership and collaboration skills
