Summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Project Manager to join our team on a 1-year fixed term employmnet. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide AI initiatives for clients across the financial services sector. You will bring a strong blend of business acumen, delivery discipline, and technical awareness to manage AI-enabled programs that drive measurable business outcomes. Operating within highly regulated, large-scale environments, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and data professionals to ensure AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.

What will your typical day look like?

You will plan, manage, and execute AI-driven projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and transition to operations. Your day will involve partnering with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable project plans, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financials across multiple workstreams. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across enterprise platforms and governance frameworks. In a financial services context, you will proactively manage regulatory, security, and risk considerations, while providing clear, concise status reporting and executive-level communications. You will also support continuous improvement by applying best practices in agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models to AI initiatives.

You are someone with these skills, experience and qualifications:

• Business-savvy, experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex programs within large, enterprise-wide financial services environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, technology teams, and business partners
• Experience leading AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives, with a clear understanding of how these solutions drive business value
• Highly effective in navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving outcomes in fast-paced, highly regulated organizations
• Strong financial and delivery management background, recognized for leading teams, managing risk, and delivering results with professionalism and confidence

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
